Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rsvip ("rsvip", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at rsvip.pro ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rsvip Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the rsvip Platform and must not attempt to register an account. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered player account created on the rsvip Platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds held in a Player's rsvip Account wallet, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by rsvip subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• "Games" means all casino games, instant games, live dealer tables, and any other gaming products accessible through the rsvip Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by rsvip prior to processing withdrawals or at rsvip's discretion at any time.
• "Platform" means the rsvip website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible via rsvip.pro.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of the rsvip Platform, including cricket, PSL, UFC, and all other wagering markets.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.

Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on rsvip, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. rsvip strictly enforces this age threshold and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process.
• You must be registering as an individual in your own legal name and on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and registrations on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order — whether requested through rsvip or through any other gambling operator — at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not already hold an existing rsvip Account. Each individual is entitled to one account only.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles rsvip to immediately close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your rsvip Account. This responsibility extends to all bets placed, games played, and transactions initiated through your Account, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you personally.

You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. rsvip will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

rsvip reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• The Account holder has provided false identification or age details;
• The Account is being used in violation of these Terms or rsvip's Responsible Gaming Policy;
• A charge-back has been initiated against a deposit made to the Account;
• The Account is associated with a self-excluded player.

Where an Account is closed by rsvip for any of the reasons listed above, rsvip reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. rsvip will endeavour to complete such investigations within 30 calendar days and will communicate outcomes to the relevant player via the registered email address.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on rsvip are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rsvip supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at rsvip's discretion.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are typically credited to your rsvip Account instantly. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within 2–4 business hours, subject to the processing times of the respective financial institution.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Before processing your first withdrawal, rsvip is required to complete KYC verification. You will be required to provide a valid government-issued CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, along with proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. rsvip aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours, subject to the completion of KYC and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

rsvip does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own fees independently of rsvip, and rsvip accepts no responsibility for such third-party charges.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the rsvip Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, or Instant Games. These product-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In the Sportsbook, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation.
• rsvip reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was known at the time of placement ("past posting").
• In the event of a technical error that results in clearly incorrect odds being offered, rsvip reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player. Specific limits are published within the Sportsbook section.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice. Bets placed prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under another provision of these rules.

For Casino Games and Instant Games, all outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are independently audited and available within the individual game information panels. rsvip does not manipulate game outcomes and cannot influence individual session results.

Bonuses & Promotions

rsvip offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal PSL promotional prizes. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all rsvip bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money funds or bonus funds as specified in the relevant promotion. Wagering on certain game categories (such as live sports betting or specific low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward fulfilling wagering requirements — refer to individual promotion pages for contribution tables.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without compensation.
• rsvip reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a player's bonus entitlement if rsvip reasonably suspects that bonus abuse has occurred.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rsvip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the rsvip Platform;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted by rsvip;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the Platform — any such vulnerabilities must be reported to rsvip immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the Platform for any criminal financial activity;
• Facilitating or assisting any third party in committing any of the prohibited acts listed in this section;
• Engaging in chip-dumping, collusion, or any other form of unfair play in poker or live casino games;
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise making available any content through the Platform that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.

Intellectual Property

All content on the rsvip Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, text, software, game assets, user interface designs, and database compilations — is the exclusive property of rsvip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any rsvip trademark, logo, or branding for any purpose without prior written consent from rsvip.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rsvip's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your rsvip Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

rsvip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

rsvip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. rsvip shall not be held liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, third-party payment processing delays, or events beyond rsvip's reasonable control (force majeure).

Privacy & Data

rsvip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the rsvip Privacy Policy in full.

rsvip collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity records for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and the provision of personalised services. rsvip does not sell your personal data to third parties.

rsvip retains personal data for the period required by applicable licensing, anti-money laundering, and data protection obligations, which is typically a minimum of five years following account closure.

Responsible Gaming

rsvip is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. rsvip offers the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session duration reminders to help manage time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications of the time elapsed and net win/loss during your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register on rsvip under a new account. Any account opened in breach of a self-exclusion order will be closed and all funds returned to the player.

Amendments to These Terms

rsvip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, rsvip will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page indicates the date on which the current version of the Terms came into force. Your continued use of the rsvip Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rsvip holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and rsvip, you are encouraged to contact rsvip's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. rsvip commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 30 calendar days.
